Most live web events will have a replay created for the 50+% who do not attend and these recordings are pretty dull. In this session, Ken Molay, President of Webinar Success, discusses the ways presenters can best take advantage of the dual nature of any live web event with important considerations to improve the experience for both live and on-demand participants.

Watch the replay to see examples of re-recording segments, polling the on-demand audience, chaptering and use of the Attachments tab for Q&A.

Segments include: Results of Brainsharks Replay Survey, Different Types of Events, and Tips and Tricks.
